About Aikido
Aikido consists of throwing and restraining techniques derived from ancient battlefield arts. Our system of Aikido, known as Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, utilizes the power of calm relaxation in its techniques.
Instructor - Craig Krohn
Craig Krohn holds a 4th degree black belt in Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, a 3rd degree black belt in Kei Shin Kan Karate, a 3rd degree black belt in Ryukyu Totejutsu, and a Chuden in Ki Development. Craig has been training in various arts since 1988, including Nanchuan Kung Fu, Chito Ryu Tsuroka Karate, Jujutsu and Iaido. In 1993, he began training with the Ki-Aikido Chief Instructor of the United States, Koichi Kashiwaya Sensei, and continues to train with Kashiwaya Sensei to this day. He was awarded Grand Champion at the 1999 National Taigi Championship.
